Conceptually brilliant, elegant in plating, precise and subtle in every minute detail, Iván Cerdeño's gastronomic menu surprises diners with its lightness and Industry Email List freshness without giving up the strong flavors that identify the essence of the local cuisine.Located in a magical place, such as the 'Cigarral del Ángel Custodio', its menu venerates with neatness and delicacy vegetables, game, sea and mountains that drink from historical recipes and that it adapts to the 21st century with great mastery.
